GTM Engineer
Firmable is the market-leading B2B sales intelligence platform in Asia-Pacific. Our competitive moat is our data: the deepest, most localised company and people dataset in every market we operate in. We've proven the model in ANZ. Now we're scaling it across Southeast Asia and the US.
Pipeline doesn't generate itself. This role builds the outbound engine that turns Firmable's data into US revenue.
The Role
GTM Engineer sits at the heart of how Firmable generates pipeline across the US market. You will build and run outbound campaigns, sequences, and GTM plays that fuel the sales team, working closely with SDRs, AEs, and the broader marketing team to make sure the right messages reach the right people at the right time.
This is not a marketing-ops role. You'll own campaign setup, copy, targeting, and optimisation end to end, using signal-based targeting to prioritise high-intent accounts rather than spray-and-pray. You'll operate the GTM stack daily, feed insights back into enablement, and turn US events into pipeline rather than business cards in a drawer.
~75% hands-on execution: campaign build, copy, targeting, GTM tooling, optimisation. ~25% strategy, enablement, and shaping how the US GTM engine scales.
What You'll Own
Outbound campaigns: building and running multi-channel outbound sequences targeting US prospects across email, LinkedIn, and phone; owning campaign setup, copy, targeting, and ongoing optimisation
Signal-based targeting: using Firmable data and buying signals to identify and prioritise high-intent accounts; building smarter lists rather than spray-and-pray outreach
GTM tooling: operating and iterating on the GTM stack including HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead, Lemlist, N8N, and Claude; working with the GTM Systems team on anything requiring deeper technical build
SDR and AE enablement: working directly with the US sales team to understand what's working in the market, feeding that back into campaign design, and making sure reps have the right sequences and assets to execute
Event campaign support: systematising pre- and post-event outreach for US events; building the workflows that turn event attendance into pipeline
Performance reporting: tracking and reporting on campaign performance regularly; knowing your reply rates, meeting rates, and conversion metrics, and bringing data-backed recommendations to improve results
What We're Looking For
Must Haves
Up to 1 year of hands-on experience in a GTM, demand generation, sales operations, or SDR-adjacent role; what matters most is that you've actually built and run outbound campaigns, not just supported them
Practical experience with modern GTM tools (HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead, Lemlist, N8N, Claude, or similar); you know your way around at least two of these without needing to be shown
Strong understanding of outbound fundamentals: ICP definition, sequencing logic, deliverability basics, and what makes a cold email worth replying to
Comfortable working with data: you can build a list, enrich it, segment it, and know why that matters for campaign performance
Bias for action: you default to building and testing rather than planning and waiting; you're not precious about your ideas and you iterate quickly based on what the data tells you
Comfortable operating independently in a remote, cross-timezone team
You live and breathe AI tools. You use AI for prospect research, copy iteration, list enrichment, signal analysis, and workflow automation as your default way of working, not a productivity experiment. You have your own workflows, you experiment with new tools, and you don't think of AI as a spell-checker.
Highly Valued
Prior experience selling into or marketing to US B2B buyers
Experience with deliverability infrastructure, domain warming, or inbox management at scale
Familiarity with n8n, Zapier, or similar workflow automation tools beyond surface use
Startup or scaleup background where you've had to build the standard, not inherit it
The Environment
Firmable runs lean and ships fast: small senior teams, no layers, minimal process. The GTM team operates at continuous pace, remote across time zones, with the autonomy to work how you work best.
We are an AI-native organisation. That means AI isn't a tool we reach for: it's the default operating mode. AI-assisted research, automated copy iteration, agentic list building. If you're not already working this way, this role isn't right for you.
Why This Role
Build the US GTM engine from the ground up: you'll be the first GTM Engineer in the US market, with real ownership of how we generate pipeline in a new geography
Use the product you're selling: Firmable's data and signals power your own campaigns; you'll showcase best-practice use of the platform every day
Real career runway: as Firmable scales toward $50M ARR and 50–100 reps, this role grows with it; the ceiling is set by output, not tenure
