Product Marketing Manager
Firmable is the market-leading B2B sales intelligence platform in Asia-Pacific. Our competitive moat is our data: the deepest, most localised company and people dataset in every market we operate in. We've proven the model in ANZ. Now we're scaling it across Southeast Asia and the US.
Great data only wins when the market understands why it matters. This role owns that translation across three markets.
The Role
Product Marketing Manager is Firmable's first dedicated PMM hire. You will own how we position the product, how we arm our sales team to win, and how we tell our story across ANZ, SEA, and the US. This is a builder's role: the function doesn't exist yet, and you'll define what good looks like.
This is not a content-factory role. You'll sit at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, working directly with SDRs and AEs from day one to understand where they're winning and losing, and feeding that straight into messaging, enablement, and competitive positioning. You'll think commercially: pipeline and revenue, not impressions and assets.
Reporting to the Brand and Content Manager (Melbourne).
~75% hands-on: positioning, messaging, enablement assets, competitive intelligence. ~25% strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and shaping how PMM operates as we scale.
What You'll Own
Positioning & messaging: Firmable's core positioning across ANZ, SEA, and the US, and the messaging frameworks that give every team a consistent way to talk about what we do
Product launches: leading launch communications for new features, translating product updates into clear, commercially-relevant narratives
Sales enablement: battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling guides, onboarding materials; assets reps actually use, not assets that get filed away
SDR & AE partnership: working directly with the sales team to understand where they're winning, where they're losing, and what they need to perform better
Content library: building and maintaining a centralised sales content library the team can actually find and use
Competitive intelligence: competitive tracking across all markets, producing usable materials that help reps handle objections and position Firmable's advantages confidently
Go-to-market collaboration: partnering with growth on campaign messaging and audience targeting so demand gen is grounded in strong positioning
Product partnership: working with product on the roadmap to ensure upcoming features are positioned and launched effectively
What We're Looking For
Must Haves
3+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company, ideally sales or marketing technology
Proven track record of building messaging frameworks and positioning that have been adopted across sales and marketing
Hands-on experience creating sales enablement content reps actually use
Experience working directly with sales teams including SDRs, not just delivering assets to them
Strong writer: you can translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling, commercially-relevant language
Sharp commercial instincts: you think about pipeline and revenue, not just content and campaigns
Confident working in ambiguity and building from zero without a playbook to follow
You live and breathe AI tools. You use AI for competitive research, customer insight synthesis, enablement content production, messaging iteration, and workflow automation as your default way of working, not a productivity experiment. In 2026, this is how a solo PMM produces the output of a team and you need to already be doing it.
Highly Valued
Exposure to multi-market or global go-to-market motions
Experience marketing B2B data, sales intelligence, or revenue tech products
Startup or scaleup background where you've had to build the standard, not inherit it
The Environment
Firmable runs lean and ships fast: small senior teams, no layers, minimal process. Marketing operates at continuous pace, with hybrid flexibility from the Melbourne office and the autonomy to work how you work best.
We are an AI-native organisation. That means AI isn't a tool we reach for: it's the default operating mode. AI-assisted research, automated content production, agentic competitive analysis. If you're not already working this way, this role isn't right for you.
Why This Role
First-mover advantage: build the product marketing function from scratch at a company on a genuinely significant growth trajectory
Global scope from day one: own messaging and enablement across ANZ, SEA, and the US from the moment you join
Real career runway: sit at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing with a direct line to commercial outcomes; the ceiling is set by output, not tenure
